Their previous website no longer reflected their level of service or clearly supported their two core audiences — renters searching for available properties and owners seeking reliable management. We modernized the structure, unified third-party listing integrations into a single connection, and preserved existing SEO value during the transition.

The design brings clarity and confidence to the Coastal Pioneer brand. We created a clean, modern layout that guides renters to listings and support resources while giving property owners direct access to management services and key information. Clear hierarchy, strong calls to action, and balanced content blocks make the experience intuitive and professional.

Built in WordPress using Divi 5, the site is responsive, fast, and built for long-term flexibility. We implemented custom integration with their third-party listing platform through a single streamlined connection, along with structured data feeds for available rentals. The site follows core SEO best practices and performs reliably across desktop and mobile.
