After nearly 10 years of use, their existing order management software became outdated and difficult to scale to new clinics, so RxPartnership hired L+R to help design and build a new system from the ground up.
Before any visual designs were created, L+R visited the free clinics and spoke with the pharmacists directly. Findings were used to create a list of user stories and features to better define the scope of the application.
Custom icons were created to ensure that the main navigation communicated quickly, clearly and beautifully. The Rx Partnership logo was improved allowing it fit seamlessly into the application. Main screens were planned and designed before any significant code was written.
Our development team used Ruby on Rails 5 on the backend. On the front end Materialize CSS was leveraged and customized to fit the Rx Partnership brand.
