Dominion Service Company was looking to streamline and modernize its online presence with slimmed-down content, a focus on imagery and an improved user experience that allowed customers to quickly gain access to the information they needed. 

Our design team worked with Dominion Service Company’s existing brand to adhere to a longstanding identity while creating a fresh design approach on the web. We knew we had to communicate Dominion Service Company’s three main service areas - commercial, residential, and electrical - quickly and allow customers easy access to pay their bills.

Working with professional photographers, we were able to visually tell the story of Dominion Service Company’s work through authentic imagery and staff highlights.  

A site that is easy to maintain was a priority for this client. As Dominion Service Company’s marketing team adds more ways to engage with its loyal customer base, it will be easy for them to add new content through a dynamic news feed and customer testimonial slider.
